Somerset Bridge Primary School has always been one of the smallest schools in Bridgwater. At present there are 168 pupils on role. Recently the school has started to grow due to the new Stockmoor Grange Development . We are currently allocating all families in this development a place in the school. The school is is due to move to the new development area in September 2010. (SEE NEW SCHOOL BUTTON on the left).
We currently have 6 classes of mixed year groups all fitted with interactive whiteboards and computers.
We have a wide range of books in our library, a DT area, computer suite and learning resource area.
We also have some brilliant new play equipment in the playground, an environmental garden which Ofsted quoted as "outstanding", a large playing field and a fenced off early years play area.
